Take blood pressure medication
I have bad balance and a very weak right hand I cannot put my pinky and thumb together
I also have lower right back pain and the muscle just under the bend of my right hand is paining and also just under my right shoulder and my right leg the lower muscle pains
What is my problem????
This has been getting progressively worse

These can be symptoms of transient ischemic attack ..
You need to go to the ER abd check your blood pressure,ECG,MRI brain and cholesterol levels,INR and PTT ..
In my opinion first do a neck and back x ray to check for multiple discs or sponylosis , if this is not the case then it can be Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Tests incluse EMG , nerve conduction test , spinal tab or even muscle biopsy
Take is seriously and see a neurologist

a MRI brain and cervical spine should be the basic investigations.
slipped discs along with other spinal cord affections are the possibilities.
NCV and EMG will pinpoint the affected muscles and nerves.
