I suffer from daily headaches that vary in pain, I have had no previous traumatic head or brain injury?

I am 19 years old, male, and suffer from daily to near daily headaches that vary in pain, change location throughout the day, and don’t always follow a pattern of occurrence (Some weeks it will be every day, other weeks it’ll be every other day, and some weeks it’ll be a couple days in a row and then nothing the next day and then one after that) I have had no previous traumatic head or brain injury, and have not yet consulted with a doctor/neurologist. Ibuprofen/other pain killers will work for short amount of times sometimes and other times they will not work at all. I wanted to know why I receive these constant headaches.

Headache can be caused by many reasons
For example on the back of your head means you have a cervical problem
On top of your head indicates blood pressure problems
On front indicates sinusitis
However headace can be caused by overactivity , tumers , many drugs side effects , dehydratiin
U need to specify the area of headache along with time of the day

Hope i could help more but i need more details

Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
Chronic headache has many causes..depends on their site in head and severity…
For example chronic sinusitis, causes frontal headache ..hypotension and anemia or hypertension in the middle if the skull.. Cluster headache .. Around the eyes..
Migraine is half of the head pain..
Get a CBC done .. Try drinking plenty of water and getting good early breakfast.

hi
though caused by variety of reasons, headaches are commonly as a result of gastritis, sinusitis, migraines or scapl lesions.
get ct/mri of brain with contrast to rule out the causes.
antacids, vitamin supplements and benadryl will help.
thanks

HI
THESE KIND OF HEADACHES OCCUR MOST COMMNLY DUE TO MENTAL STRESS AND INADEQUATE SLEEP.
YOGA THERAPY AND MEDITATION WITH DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES WILL BE HELPFUL
