I suffer from stuttering, What’s the treatment?

I’m 20-year-old male. I suffer from stuttering. This problem started a long time ago, approximately when I was 11 years old.
I suffer from stuttering. This problem becomes very clear in words beginning with the letter “T” or the letter “K” especially if this letter “T” or “K” is followed by a constant letter, for example “transparent”, “crash”. It may take me 3 or seconds to say these words.
That doesn’t mean that I can pronounce other words very normally. However, the stutter becomes clear in the previous case (K and T).
The problem is less clear when I read (but it occurs) , but is very clear when I think before saying
It also becomes clear when I talk with an important person. However, it sometimes occurs when I talk to my sister or brother or friend… (but less clear).
What makes the problem worse is that I’m to give a “lecture”in the university. I’m not fluent.
What’s the treatment??

Treatment is mainy 2 parts
1 -stress management
2 education aimed to teach you to deal with words as 2 diffrent words like trans then parent
Any way there is no time for this you are in a tough stop for the lecture so i recommend using atarax 10 mg ( 30 min before lecture )
I recommend you test it before lecture day as it may make you sleepy
Good luck

hi,
stuttering is best treated by speech therapy and de–stress management.
You need to practice the words by trying to pronounce them slowly but strongly.
thanks

Some techniques can help you
Relax Your Shoulders And Neck.
Relaxation exercises may help you to loosen any tension in those areas of the body and ease the speaking process.
Practice Speaking To Yourself In Front Of A Mirror
Do Vocal Exercises..
Sing Songs.
Breathing exercises
Learn to breath before talking and reduce your pace of talking..
Talk in sentences with your breath in pace.
And finally bring your friends or family 3-5persons and make your speech in front of them as a training.
