im a44 year old male.medical history would be diagnosed l5s1 large protrusion that i did not have surgery for and in 1994 i tested positive for tb and took inh for 9 months.this all started two weeks ago.i have a dull ache in right testicle when sitting also cough hurts testicle bad.im
having pain that comes and goes.also in lower back behind of pain area in lower abdominal im having a warming pins and needles feeling of the skin.please help

Then your lumbar disc lesion seems to be having an update ..do a hot pack in your lower back and stretch your muscles …if it did not work well then get a new MRI..

it doesnt seem to be related to the history of tuberculosis. There is a possibility of epididymitis or orchitis that may be causing pain or there is a possibility of renal calculus. you need to get a ultrasound of abdomen done to come to a diagnosis. consult a general surgeon.
