Hi
YOur Blood pressure is Ok for Age and medical history… the resting heart rate is up to 100Bpm normally… 128 is a bit high rate and with aortic aneurysm is a matter of concern if persisted… check your HR again and if it is still high … i recommend seeing your cardiologist or an ER doctor to avoid any possible complications

hi..
such variations in heart rate are common at your age. But the blood pressure seems to be pretty ok and if you have no symptoms, i dont feel there is anything to worry.
If the heart rate stays over 100 continuously, then considering that you have carotid artery aneurysm, you should consult a doctor definitely and should not neglect.
thanks

HI
HEART RATE IS DEFINITELY HIGH AND WITH ANEURYSMS ITS MORE RISKY. IF YOU HAVE NO SYMPTOMS THEN NO NEED TO WORRY. BUT SHOULD BE CLOSELY MONITORED.
BP IS WELL UNDER CONTROL AND SHOULD NOT BE MUCH OF A CONCERN
