hi i had the jap e vaccination 4 months ago however I only had the first injection and not the second 28 days later. If i have the second now will this be sufficient for immunity? or do i need to start the course again? thanks

the vaccination has a specific schedule and preferably should have been taken after 28 days.
if you take the 2nd dose now, it wont have much efficacy now.
regarding restarting it all over again, you can consult the immunisation doctor regarding what kind of strain has been used for 1st dose. depending on this, he may schedule u for 2nd dose.
