these newly developed lumps may be enlarged lymph nodes. these do happen when you have a benign lump in the breast. other possibility is that u may have concomittant chest infection. such chest infections may also lead to axillary lymphadenitis.
get a chest xray done.

Those lumps need to be checked also..they may be lymph nodes and needs to be aspired for testing ..

THE BENIGN TUMOUR MAY BE UNDERGOING MALIGNANT CHANGES. THE EARLY METASTASIS USUALLY SPREADS TO AXILLARY AREA. GET A USG SCAN OR MRI TO CONFIRM. GET A ONCOLOGISTS OPINION

these newly formed lumps are dislodged tumour cells that have reached the axilla through bloods vessels and lymphatics. if not treated immediately, these may grow in size and cause trouble. you need to get aspirational biopsy done to rule out malignant transformation
