Dear Doctor, Please help. My 3 Year Old boy has fever. He feels pain at abdomen. Coughs. Vomits whatever eats. Really gone weak. Fever since 6 days. Sometime Fever sometimes not. I am really worried. Please help.

get his routine blood check up along with widal test.
start him on antibiotics.
