Hi
This is normal and I see no need for emergency, you should also keep in mind that this knot may persist for a year after the surgery, your friend have many options but I can not advice any if them until I know the condition of the other kidney and liver, need to see all his blood work before I can advice on the next step
Good Luck

Hi,
Would you please give me details about how he is not getting well?
is it only pain in his knot?
what are the results of labs and his general condition?

Hi..
Although does not look like Emergency but the blue can be due to herniated post surgery..
First of all upload his reports so that I can understand the cause and then can advise appropriate treatment..

Hope this helps.

Regards..
