Hi
Other causes that can cause high creatine levels include renal obstruction, I know you scared but to make sure kidney and urethra are okay I recommend doing a GFR test, other causes can be prolonged lying down , low electrolytes levels in blood, extreme exhausting , alcohol and drugs used to treat treat high cholesterol , also sever hypothyroidism
If you can explain fever cause I can help you more ( some snake bites cause fever and high creatine)
Good Luck

Hi..

Levels of CK can rise after skeletal muscle injury, strenuous exercise, or drinking too much alcohol, and from taking certain medicines or supplements.
If there muscle dystrophy then also Creatine can increase..

So get further investigations done..
