My Labia Minora are swollen with blood. There is no itching, no infection, no soreness, no tenderness….. You can squeeze them and the blood goes away, but when released the blood returns…. I have no fever no illness ect……..they are just enlarged. My Doctor prescribed a 2 week course of DahKtarin (in case I had a fungal infection – even though I had no symptoms, and for swelling) but this has made no difference.

If no symptoms associated this can be a hypertrophic labia or just an allergic reaction.
Wash it thoroughly with cold water ..avoid friction and irritation and secual activity for some time till it subsides.
Possibilities are
If you have groin pain , then you can suspect block if your lymphatic drainage causing this
If it increase with standing then you can suspect internal vescira hernia
If you have a new sex partner you can suspect semen allergy ( also check for allergies to new lotions or condoms )

this may be due to venous blood collection.
there may some problem with venous drainage system.
take fibrinolytic medicines along with anti inflammatory tablets for 5 days

seems to be an allergic reaction may be to your undergarments or your sexual partner if you are sexually active.
need to take anti allergic tablets
