Hi and welcome to questiondoctors.com
This could be a chronic daily headache that is mostly caused by neck muscles injury or tiredness…or a cervical vertebrae problem..this may be accompanied with dizziness..blurring vision..
I recommend doing hot packs on neck muscles for some days and getting some rest… If it does not go away then we can start doing MRI or CT brain…
sometimes even a simple gastritis can cause headache. but certain intra cranial pathologies also can cause this. a ct scan of brain can be done to see if anything is wrong in the brain tissue.
consult a neurologist
EVEN THOUGH HER BLOOD PRESSURE IS NORMAL,SHE MAY HAVE SOME SORT OF LOCAL SKULL OR BRAIN ISSUES. AN MRI OF BRAIN WILL HELP TO RULE OUT ALL MAJOR PATHOLOGIES. YOGA AND MEDITATION SHOULD BE HELPFUL.
It may be related to inflammed hair follicles that occurs due defeciency of vitamins. Apply coconut oil daily before sleep. Aloe vera oil can be used . Take vitamin supplements
