These spots need to be assessed by a dermatologist as soon as you can.. protective measures can be taken avoid sun exposure ..
Get a mammography.
Follow up with a gynecologist.

this seems to be an infected lactating gland and adipose tissue. it seems to have some sort of collection inside. start on antibiotics and anti inflammatory tablets. may need incision and drainage if the medicines dont help.

IT SEEMS TO BE SOME KIND OF SKIN ISSUE. IT MAY BE A FURUNCLE ASSOCIATED WITH DERMATITIS. LOCAL CREAM AND ANTI INFLAMMATORY TABLETS WILL BE OF HELP. PALPATE IF YOU HAVE ANY UNDERLYING LUMP IN THE BREAST AS WELL. YOU MAY NEED A DERMATOLOGIST CONSULTATION

its a kind of skin allergy out of dermatitis. it must be hard in consistency. do not rub or squeeze it as this may aggravate the lesion.
local creams and oil application may be enough.
if its painful, you can consult a skin specialist
