Are my semen analysis results good enough to have a child?

My wife and I have been trying to have a baby for a couple years. We went to an Infertility doctor and they had me do a semen analysis. The doctor told my wife by phone that “I was low on all 3 levels”….not sure what that meant. We recently moved to a different state so we had to establish a new doctor and he had me do the same thing but this time said my results were “ok”. Can someone please tell me if my results are well enough to have a child?

İn my opinion it looks good… All results are within normals number is abive 40million and other results are good except for The number of active cells as a percentage of the total number of cells (rated from 0-100%, at least 50% should be active) you have 47.5℅ which is not going to influence your ability to fertilize.

In my opinion your test is okay
pH is slightly high
Progressive movement is border line
Normal Morphology is less than required
Your problems can easly be fixed by medications
After your doctor identify the problem via hormone tests

hi
Apart from a few derangements, the reports are good enough to have a baby.
with these reports, you are definitely capable of having a baby.
stress may be a contributing factor.
thanks

HI
APART FROM PH CHANGES EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMS TO BE WELL WITHIN NORMAL RANGE .
I DON’T SEE ANY REASON FOR YOU NOT HAVING A CHILD TILL NOW.
HOPE YOUR PARTNER’S REPORTS ARE FINE TOO.
TAKE HEALTHY DIET FULL OF PROTEINS AND CARBOHYDRATES.
ANXIETY SHOULD BE REDUCED.

reports are good with minor derangements. but these should not pose any problems for you both having a child.
mental stress, anxiety and tiredness can cause such issues.
