Arogyam package test result shows imbalance in Homocystein level and vitamin B12 and D3 levels are very low?

Recently, my brother(26 Years) started felling multiple symptoms of fatigue, lack of interest and poor concentrations.
We consulted a Psychiatrist and on his advise we conducted all the test from Arogyam package. The test result shows imbalance in Homocystein level and vitamin B12 and D3 levels are very low.

I went to a physician in Lucknow and he said he does not recognize Arogyam report and ordered test from his own clinic. I requested him to treat the B12 and D3 deficiency immediately via injection or other methods but he’s adament for report from his own lab. This induces doubt about his intention.

To all the esteemed panel of doctors here, I have couple of questions.

1. Is it the Vitamin B12/D3deficiency or Homocystein imbalance thats causing the above mentioned symptoms of lack of interest and fatigue.
2. As my brother is working in a very pivotal position with a cosulting firm. So can any of you suggest a suitable treatment which is effective and and works in less time.
3. Can any of you also suggest suitable doctor nearby Lucknow/Hyderabad who can do the job easily and quickly.
Please help.

Clinically ..Yes vitamin b12 defeciency can cause depression and lack of interest..weakness and fatigue. Treating deficiencies in vitamins B-12 and D-3 by supplementing his dietary vitamin consumption. vitamin D intake by drinking fortified milk, eating fish or eggs, taking cod liver oil supplements or increasing outdoor activities. Oral supplements for vitamin B-12 and vitamin D can increase his levels of these nutrients, eliminating symptoms of deficiency. intramuscular injections of vitamin B-12 are important at this stage. Concerning the physician unfortunately I do not know as… Read more »

yes Homocystein high levels indicate possiblity that body is unable to convert food to energy which needs more tests to confirm
It also means d3 and b12 deficiency

May be the new doctor wants to check by the new tests if there is a problem converting food to energy

But honestly it is unethical to ignore the first test and not giving b12 supplement untill new test
Also i do not personaly like doctors that force you to do tests in there own clinics

Good Luck

hi
there are reports suggesting low vitamin D and B12 levels.
While vit D can be corrected by simply taking Vitamin D3 supplements, B12 needs to be corrected by taking B12 intramuscular injections weekly.
thanks

HI
NOT ALARMING REPORTS. SOME MINOR DEFICIECIES, CAN BE CURED BY DIETARY AND MEDICINE SUPPLEMENTS.
UNLESS THE VITAMIN D AND B12 LEVELS ARE BROUGHT BACK TO NORMAL,EFFECTS WILL REMAIN.
TAKE SUPPLEMENTS FOR MINIMUM 1 MONTH
