Hi I had 3 hemorrhagic ovarian cyst surgically removed. Now I am told that I need to be on birth control pills to prevent re occurrence of the hemorrhagic ovarian cyst. But I would like to try another approach than birth control pills,any suggestions?

There is no other approach as effective as birth control pills , unless you are willing to try less effective ways like taking anti inflammatory drugs around ovulation period or having surgical removal of your ovaries

In my opinion you should go with pills for sometime until you get your period regular again, no worries about them and they are the best way .
