I had a motor nerve conduction study that, according to my doctor, is clean, need second opinion?

I had a motor nerve conduction study that, according to my doctor, is clean. however, one nerve ( in the hand) showed 4.5 amplitude when the only online chart I found state it should be equal or over 5. is that serious or should I trust my neurologist when he said my motor neuron are fine ? i have no symptom in this hand at all (it’s not my dominant hand)
There was also an emg performed and all results were clean, same for sensory nerve conduction study.

Hi
Amplitude in non dominant hand is kinda irrelevant, we usually focus on delay, so you are okay if there is no delay
Good Luck

Low amplitude is indicator of smaller diameter axon and not axonal pathology,do not worry..
Also clinically you are OK so do not worry at all.

hi,
in my opinion the results are fine. you need not worry about it.
Unless there are symptoms, the reports should be considered within normal limits.
thanks

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

As you do not have any clinical symptoms nor the reports showing anything abnormal also the hand is non-dominant..
So there is no nerve related problems and nothing is to be worried for..
If at all you get any disturbance in motor function then you can check with a Neurophysician..
As of now you are perfectly fine .

Regards.
