How old are you?
What tests you have gone through?

By injury you mean infection or trauma?
This probably an Eustachian tube dysfunction , I recommend seeing an otolaryngologist to figure out next step if it will be antihistamines or surgical

hi,
this seems to be due to post operative inner ear neuritis or eustachian tube malfunction.
get a otoscopy done and surgical decompression.
consult a ENT surgeon.

Hi.. Thanks for the query.. As per your complain pressure feeling in ear is commonly due to blocked eustachian tube leading to Eustachian tube dysfunction.. There can be fluid behind the eardrum.. Confirmation can be done by consulting an Otorhinolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI, otoscopy etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.. You can be advised a course of antibiotics, oral as well as nasal decongestants like Xylometazoline nasal sprays. Along with it steam inhalation and chewing chewing gum can help..
