54yrs female.in 2006 had an embolism on the right side of the base of my scull .im under a lot of stress and have been getting pain there again like something is there ,,spats of dizziness..bit of an ear thing goin on like its blocked,,headaches on one side,,am i headed for another embo? oh..i also suffer from P.T.S.D.

there are not the symptoms that will surely lead into another embolism episode,but cannot be entirely ruled out.
You can get a CT angiography of the brain blood vessels done to anticipate any such episodes.
Hope you are already on blood thinners to avoid any further thromboembolic phenomenon.

Do not neglect those symptoms as they may be indicator of formation of new embolus ..get a ct angio done and INR test..PTT..

You have no symptoms of another embolism, in my opinion your headache and pain is caused by cervical spondylitis, I recommend a cervical MRI
