hi
This can be hiv syphilis or any other sexually transmitted disease. Above symptoms are highly indicative of it. You need to see a venerologist and get checked. Get all the necessary investigations done and start on appropriate antibiotics immediately.

do not neglect the symptoms. Start protein supplements to build up on immunity.
Thanks

Hi and welcome to question doctors.com the symptoms and signs that you are complaining of is not necessarily HIV or syphilis it may be due to hormonal disturbances or other auto immune disease so you need to run some laboratory investigations to figure out what is the right diagnosis such as thyroid functions you may need to consult a dermatologist

HI
IT SEEMS THAT YOU HAVE A GENERALISED HORMONAL DISEASE THAT MAY BE SECONDARY TO SYPHILIS,HIV OR ANY OTHER STDS. ITS BETTER YOU GET YOUR BLOOD CHECKED AND ACT ACCORDINGLY. VITAMIN E AND ANTI OXIDANT TABLETS WILL PREVENT HAIRLOSS

hello there
yes, your doubt is absolutely correct. you may have either of the two. syphilis seems more likely. getting yourself thoroughly investigated for syphilis and starting immediate treatment may prevent further harm.
consult a venerologist for further treatment
