Hello I am a 25 years old female.. I have got pimples all over my face.. I changed my dermatologist twice since they proved me of no help and have taken every possible medicines bt of no use.. My wounds won’t heal soon.. I have undergone every possible test related with the same like Blood,thyroid,sugar,HB,some test related to kidney function as well.. Yet the tests proved nothing wrong. My body is functioning all good.. I really don’t know what’s wrong with me.. My face is still full with pimples and dark spots.. I look ugly as hell.. If you have any solution then please help..?

First I need you to role out Sebaceous adenoma ,then I need you to check your testosterone levels (I am aware you are a female), until then use clindamycin solution(in the morning) & isotretinoin 0.025% cream (at night)

Thanks for the query, Pimples can occur due to causes like : -Clogged pores. -Oily skin. -Hormonal Imbalances. -Bacterial infection. -Inflammation -Excess sun exposure etc. On the other hands dark or black spots left on face seems to be due to Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation that occurs due to pimples.. You should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash.. I recommend using dapsone gel in addition to a tetracycline antibiotic ,with a big care to hand and face hygiene ,then laser can work well with scars.
