I suspect I have an STIs (Sexually transmitted infection), I have flesh-colored bump on the right side of my vulva, near my vagina

I suspect I have an STIs
for about 1.5 months i felt i had the tiniest flesh-colored bump on the right side of my vulva, near my vagina. over a course of 2-3 weeks it grew in size and is now a pinky-flesh colour. i’ve got one on my anus too but now i’ve checked, it seems to have disappeared and i feel another little one coming on the inside of my vulva, next to my vagina again. i also feel a slight itchiness/irritation on the inside of my vulva near the anus, i’m not sure if that will also turn to another bump. they are quite small and not painful but do get very slightly itchy sometimes. i’m worried because the visible one on my vulva had a little bit of a dry surface, i was scared it was a herpes sore but i’m not sure if it is because it isn’t painful whatsoever. i would like to know whether this sounds more like hpv or hsv. if it is hpv, i would like to know whether i could leave it without treatment, and when the warts fall off whether that means the infection is gone too because i’m scared that if i get rid of the visible warts, i won’t be able to tell when my body actually fights the infection. i’m not planning to have sex for the next two years. please help, thank you

hi
yes,it does seem to be STI.
get blood tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
consult a venerologist and start the treatment as early as possible to get good results.
thanks

In my opinion it seems either a sebaceous cyst or a HPV ..
You may need no treatment at the time but avoid sex for as you said is good.
No need to remove it unless they started to increase in number or size…
Since the one by your anus has gone..then I think this one will go away too.
You can use some home remedies to cure it.

U need to do pap smear test and HPV test,

There is also screening tests for HPV and to detect any possibility of cancerous changes

Hi
Unfortunately yes it looks like herpes simplex ,
A blood test can diagnose herpes simplex virus to confirm

Good Luck
