Hi and welcome to questiondoctors.com
You are suffering from allergic rhinitis and bronchitis..normally histamines works well for that but it seems you are not getting away from the irritants ..2 years is a long time as you must have known your irritant substances(dust.smoke.animal fur.pollen..etc..)
You need to find it out you can get an IgA analysis which can help and your doctor may need to add corticosteroid therapy for histsmines..
Stay hydrated well and avoid cold weather changes..
Work on your immunity by eating healthy vegetables and fruits.

hi
it does not seem to be only due to allergy definitely. you should get a hrct chest to see any intra thoracic pathology. Also, get you sputum checked once for presence of unusual micro-organisms that may be causing this.Do not take medicines for prolonged periods before getting diagnosed. Such medicines will give you only temporary relief

HI
YOU NEED TO BE EXAMINED BY AN ENT SPECIALIST TO SEE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE NASAL SEPTUM AS THIS MAY CAUSE SUCH RECURRENT ATTACKS. A CHEST PHYSICIAN SHOULD BE CONSULTED TO SEE NY PROBLEMS RELATED TO LUNGS LIKE LOWER RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTIONS. A SPIROMETRY IS RECOMMENDED TO ASSESS THE LUNG FUNCTION

hello there
nasal polyps are a high possibility. Such polyps are long standing, cause production of abnormal discharge and allergic symptoms. You should get examined by a sinoscope and a nasal endoscopy to rule out this possibilty. A underlying lung pathology needs consideration
