Is it itchy?
She is allergic from anything
She is on medication???
She was subjected to any burn or boiled water??
How old is she??
Till u reply, put on it cold compresses and soothing agents…

this seems some type of allergic reaction.
Application of local cream and anti allergic medicine can help.
consult a paediatrician if symptoms do not resolve or if it is associated with high grade fever.

There is bumps with inflammation or redness around them..
It can be an allergic reaction..
However I would need more information like:
1.Since how long are the bumps present?
2.Do they itch?
3.Did you give her any medication?
4.Do she has any known allergies?

This is an allergic reaction (eczema) or you can call it contact dermatitis , anti histaminic like hydroxizine can sold the problem

That is allergy/dermatitis ..
If it itches then you can use antihistamines creams as well as corticosteroid creams..
Im pretty sure those are bedbug bites
