In my opinion ..it is most probably migraine headache and to a lesser extent sinusitis ..
A CT scan is a good diagnostic tool to rule out any other pathologies ..
Try . Triptan medications which include sumatriptan (Imitrex), rizatriptan (Maxalt), almotriptan (Axert), naratriptan (Amerge), zolmitriptan (Zomig), frovatriptan (Frova) and eletriptan (Relpax).
Sleep well and drink plenty of water.
If no progression then you will need to see a neurologist and CT brain is needed.

In my opinion it is acute sinusitis
First avoid sleeping on your right side
Second use amoxicillin and Benadryl

Good Luck

hi
this may be acute on chronic frontal sinusitis.
get a CT PNS done to rule out any intra-sinal polyps.
hot steam inhalation, deep breathing exercises with anti histaminic tablets will help.
thanks

HI
SINUSITIS WITH EYE PROBLEMS ,TAKEN TOGETHER CAN CAUSE THIS.
YOU NEED A CONSULTATION WITH OPTHALMOLOGIST AND GET A FUNDOSCOPY EXAMINATION DONE.
SINUSITIS CAN BE TREATED BY YOGA,MEDITATION.
ANTIBIOTICS WITH ANTI INFLAMMATORY PROCESS MAY ACCELERATE THE RECOVERY PROCESS.

I can tell you that all you need now , is hot drinks, ibuprofen tabs and pseudoephedrine hydrichloride tabs,
Its a classic condition of frontal and sphenoidal sinusitis
Use the upwritten regimen and observe , if within 5 there is no improvement , try to contact a new doctor .. do not take antibiotics, your fever is of a viral. Cause not bacterial, no need for antibiotics in the meanwhile as lond as the antipyretics are doing their job

Hope you get well soon

hello there
there may be a underlying neurological cause.
get a CT brain with / without contrast to rule out intra cranial organic lesion.
consult a neurophysician
