Both arms begin to tingle starting in my shoulder and moves down to my hands like my arms have fallen asleep?

Male. 57 years old. 205 lbs
For a month or so , multiple times a day both arms begin to tingle starting in my shoulder and moves down to my hands like my arms have fallen asleep. Sometimes it is just my right arm and the sensation is always stronger in my right arm. It happens no matter what position my body is in ; I.e. Sitting up, lying down , walking etc

HI
CERVICAL SPONDYLITIS SHOULD BE THE DIAGNOSIS.
AGRESSIVE PHYSIO IN THE FORM OF CERVICAL TRACTION AND LASER THERAPY WILL BE BENEFICIAL.

hello there
this can be due to nerve stretching and inflammation.
if you have lifted anything heavy or if you use pillows under ur neck while sleeping, this is a common symptom.
avoid pillows,take physiotherapy.
