Sorry but your test means nothing you still can not tell which disease you have, I recommend Antinuclear Antibody Profile , specificity do anti-dsDNA to confirm connective tissue disease
In my opinion your medications are not related to your condition, please do the tests and tell me what you find, actually no need to worry yet As speckled pattern can mean 5 other disease

Need a detailed investigation profile including PCRNA,RA test,HLA B27,ANA.
It can be a rheumatoid arthritis or seronegative arthropathy.
Not always,it is life threatening.
There are means to control it from progressing to a severe degree.
