I’m having fuzzy noises coming from my ears kind of blocking my hearing , very dizzy to the point I can barely walk, I am also pooping mucus . My hands and feet are so cold they are also started to hurt. In getting a slight headache as well . Any suggestions?

It seems to be a hormonal imbalance issue along with anxiety.
Headaches can be managed by analgesics. Consult a ent specialist for ear problems.
