i am 43 female and i am single no kids i have Anterior wall interstitial uterine fibroid measuring 3.9X3.8 cm and i don’t feel any Symptoms yet and my period Regularly. i don’t want surgery and i am scared to lose my uterus can i know ur opinion ?

the fibroid seems to be small in size and there is no need for removal of uterus at present.
At the most ,you may need a D&C to clear off the fibroid lesion.
herbal , ayurvedic treatment also can help to some extent.
Consult a gynecologist and start on appropriate medicines.
Do not be in a hurry to get the uterus removed.

In my opinion you do not need to remove the uterus , you can remove the tumor itself if it is causing symptoms..
Keep doing regular follow up for monitoring the size and nature of the tumor..
Uterine fibroid embolization is a good choice but pregnancy is rare after it..

If you are post menopause then I recommend hormonal replacement to shrink the fibroid, if you are premenopause then only option is surgery
