Hi and welcome to question doctors .com
Leucocytosis can be caused by many disorders ranging from stress, anaemia to infectious diseases and some dangerous firms of disease ..
If your checkup showed up nothing then it is likely in my opinion due to weakness and anaemia after the infection you had as your body is still stressed after the fight …
Getting a vitamin rich diet..full of fruits and vegetables and alkaline foods list is great idea..
Drinking plenty of water and getting enough sleep as well as practicing yoga..
Green leafy vegetables..bee honey and garlic are good options..
Speedy recovery wishes.

In my opinion Increased WBC
In your case can be from the drug treatment it self , however it does not explain the body shivering
Follow a healthy diet for 1 week ( honey ,garlic , lemon ) if you do not improve
Then i suggest looking for other possibilities like anemia , bacterial infection , or leukemia
Good Luck

HI
PERSISTENT HIGH WBC LEVELS INDICATE UNRESOLVED REMAINING INFECTION.
IV ANTIBIOTICS WITH VITAMIN AND PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS WILL BE HELPFUL TO BRING DOWN THESE LEVELS TO NORMAL.

hello there
such symptoms occur due to typhoid and the high dose medicines that are used for its treatment.
drink lots of fruit juices and water.
vitamin and protein supplements will help boost up your immunity
