There is a clear lumbar 5 sacral 1st disc protrusion ,it is compressing the spinal canal or nerve roots(i need the cross section view to decide).
However physiotherapy can help you with some behaviour modification.
Feel better soon.
Hi
My opinion is that you have L5/s1 disk protrusion , I recommend physical therapy
Good Luck
hi,
there is a minor L5-S1 disc protrusion causing spinal nerve compression.
Physiotherapy including lumbar traction, leg traction,Short wave diathermy,LASER will help.
Use Lumbar belt.
Spine strengthening exercises will help.
Thanks
Hi,
Regarding your question,
I would like to tell you that there is an obvious disc protrusion, that causing you that pain, but no worries at all, cause you will just need to undergo physiotherapy and soon everything is gonna be okay…
Hope this helps
