im (…). my father has wounds on both of his ankles. its been more than 8 years and he had gone grafting two times and had undergone homeopathic allopathic and ayurvedic treatment also. he is not a diabetic patient. his age in 52 and weight is 100kg and height is about 6ft.
now he taking ayurvedic medicien from last 3 years. but its not working. had gone so many tests and all.
please help to cure this . and tell us which disease is it ?

In my opinion that could be a venous/arterial leg ulcer..
It can be treated by regular cleaning and care..
I saw a similar case which was treated successfully with “scanning laser”device..give it a try and give it some patience to see results ..

this is a chronic non healing ulcer.
Its a significantly large wound and needs a meticulous split thickness skin graft.
he needs to be admitted in hospital and get debridements done before getting the skin grafts done.

This is a vasculitic leg ulcer , you need to check blood immunoglobulins , medication is prescribed according to findings , also a new technique called vacuum-assisted wound closure can be used to promote wound healing
