Question: I need relief from chronic epididymitis

What can help with chronic epididymitis, especially when it seems to spread to the nerves? What is spermatic cord block? Would this help?
So far treatment over 6months has included: various antibiotics, painkillers, pain gel, hot/cold packs, antidepressants for nerve pain, smoking MJ, electric shock device for nerve pain, anesthesia every 2weeks for nerve pain relief. All scans done CT, MRT, ultrasound and x-ray, have shown nothing significant. Core pain is located at vas deferens (sperm tube).

Question: I have complex endometrial hyperplasia, is removal of the uterus, ovary needed

I was found with complex endometrial hyperplasia.
the report says -” The section studied show endometrial granular hyperplasia with disorderly proliferative pattern and stratification of the lining of the epithelial with stromal hemorrhage”
is this “with atypia” or “without atypia”.?
is the removal of the uterus needed?
If so should I remove the ovary or not?

Question: Unborn child has hole in heart, will she survive, will she have a normal life

My wife is pregnant about 20 weeks 6 days she have done several scans and they realize the unborn child is having a small hole in heart.Please I want to find out if the baby is born and the surgery is perform on her will she have any physical challengers and also will she be able to live normal as every women being.What are the chances of her living right just like any one else.Thank you

Question: I need to urinate every 15 minutes…now using my mother’s diaper

Sudden onset of frequent urination literally every 15 to 20 min and after about 7 hrs of this and having to use one of my mothers diapers I notice there is a pink tent on the diaper this is with no pain. I normally keep myself well hydrated by drinking 8 to ten glades of water a day but for the past few days have needed almost double that amount for unknown reason unless it is the sinus dds I have had to take for the last several weeks terrible sinus drainage to the point of having to sit up to sleep or drown!!all over counter meds as I do not like prescription meds what can e causing this??

Question: I am on a diet – lost 30 lbs – bladder now overactive – pressure and urgent to use bathroom

I’m 19 years old with what seems to be Overactive Bladder. Back around October of last year I started dieting in order to lose weight, at the time I was around 170lbs and I now weigh around 140lbs. I did not do any exercise, instead I stuck to a very limited and strict food diet. I would only eat once a day and would work 11hours straight at work without eating. My hair did start to weaken and fall out more. I am now eating normally again and maintaining my weight safely. My question is, could my diet have caused my bladder to become overactive? I cannot drink anything other than water now & my bladder is so sensitive that even if I have just 2oz in my bladder I feel the pressure & urgency to use the bathroom.

Question: Am I pregnant …. no period

hi im 31 years old i not sure if im pregnant i took urine test thats came negative a couple took are from dollar store 1 i took today was a u check from the dollar store and on august the 8 took a clear blue test digtial came negative on 10th took another clear blue negative still havent got my period my period doesnt come regular so not sure but in july period was july 8 and last period was August 5 to august 11 was i even ovualting? back to this part ok had sex august 14 start spotting august 19 a bit pink more red light with a bit brown 1 time i wipe was a chuck of red blood but just one time not even sure if i was ovulating still no period and its september 14 today again period is not regular

Dear Doc, I had an evacuation after baby stopped growing. pls i wanted an explanation to the result of the histology done.

Nature of specimen : product of evacuation for missed abortion.

Clinical summary / Diagnosis: Missed abortion of prime cyesis

MACROSCOPY: specimen consists of an irregularly shaped, haemorrhagic soft tissue altogether measuring 3x2x2cm. Processed whole.

MICROSCOPY: Histologic sections of tissue show endometrial stroma containing scanty endometrial glands. Elsewhere are fibrocollagenous connective tissue and evidence of recent haemorrhage. No decidua is seen. No chronic villi are seen.

Question: Suffering from nocturnal emission…on homeopathy medication

Sir I’m suffering from nightfall from almost 2 years happening 8-10 times a month.I am now on homeopathy medication since 5 months.But not so satisfactory result. now he prescribed for certain test and ultrasound.UTI (E coli) with 100000 colony count /ml is recently diagnosed and jaundice (bilirubin 2.20). Everything found normal except the above two.But before the test I always complained for frequent urination and urine dribbling.Sir I want to know can UTI such as E coli can cause excessive nightfall ie .(8-10) times in a month. As I have no other issue .Sir please reply.I’m 24 years old male.wt 50 kg height 5’10”
