I have been having mild pain durring intercourse, but only on one side of my vagina, I went to investigate one day and there is a white lump just above/ beside my urethra. It does not hurt durring the day or any other time other than sex. I have also been having issues with bad, recurring UTIs. Let me know if a photo is needed

I have been havi g leg cramps that feels like charlie horses in my left hip down my leg all the way to my foot and its been going on for about 2 weeks now. My calf feels like someone is trying to break my leg it hurts so .when i stand up or sit down and ehen i go to bed. It hirts just to move.I have had sciatic pain in both legs before but nothing like this. This pain is 10 times worse then that pain. It makes me go down on my knees because its so bad. I went to my Dr. but he said it was probably my sciatic nerve but I told him it was worse than that.

Hi! I am 30yr old.Last year my GP told me that I have very low blood pressure and anemia. She prescribed me iron supplements which after a long pause I started again last week.
3 weeks ago me and my husband moved to a new house after months of frustrating search and all the rest.
For the last few weeks I can`t sleep, lost a lot of wight, getting groggy very fast, loosing concentration. Just no will, no power, no strength to get up and go to work but no rest either. The other day I nearly fainted. My vision got blurred, I was very dizzy and disoriented and dropped on the ground. i got so scared that I got a horrible panic attack.
Is this because my low blood pressure? What to do? I can miss more work and can`t get a doctor`s appointment any time soon.

Having different sort of headache. It feels like a lot of pressure inside my head almost like something might burst, throbbing sort of pain. It is made worse with bending over, coughing, blowing nose. Also do get occasuonal dizzy spells (often end in fainting). Also have mild scoliosis which is causing a decent amount if pain, have tried physio and chiro with no positive results. I take panadol daily average 4 for the head/back pain. Any suggestions what head pain could be? And solutions for back pain.

Could you please analyse my blood test, give me your opinion and please advise, especially I need your opinion on A1C ( what is normal not just now itc on same level from 2013 , 5,7 or 5,6) and fasting glucose what is now 8.0 (and from 2013 is between 7 and 8), is this diabetes 2, and regardless that A1C is years in normal range?.
And especially your comment advise regarding cholesterol, total, ldl, hdl and ratio.
Also please advise if cholesterol require to go on statin, how to manage issue with glucose, due that statin can and have impact to increase diabetic problem?

I had a knee operation 13 months ago. Around 3 months ago I fell over a pallet in work and attended the hospital to get my knee checked but there was nothing found.
2 weeks ago I was on holiday and it suddenly gave in on me, leaving my knee popping and me in pain and my knee swelling. It reduced with a cold compression but after flying and doing normal activities it has swollen again and painful. Any ideas what this could be please?

Hi, I would like your opinion as to whether I might have caused myself an injury to my neck. I have a tick due to which I have, long term and deliberately, been turning my head mainly on its vertical axis (I.e to circle on the axis of my face and of the back of my head); have been doing this increasingly constantly for probably a year and some months. Tonight after doing this, I started feeling a little light-headed or dizzy, the sensation being mainly concentrated around the nape of my neck. I have also noticed very light cracking in my neck if I turn my head. These are not very strong symptoms and may be partly due to fatigue, but I am wondering if I haven’t broken, pinched or otherwise deformed something in the vertebrae around where my neck connects to my skull. Could someone please advise me as to whether I have anything to fear at this point (e.g. eventual paralysis?) I think I can try to control my aforementioned tick (I have already been scared out of doing it tonight) but is there a chance that I have caused serious damage to my upper spinal column, etc? I have no other symptoms to report except for a very light feeling of pressure/strain in the back of the neck and it is only periodic, all the sensations I described are rather light, but am checking just in case. General Information: I am an OCD and anxiety sufferer – hence the tick which I outlined in my main question.
A nurse practitioner decided to change my antidepressants (prozac 20mg) that id been on for 14 years. Gave me Sertraline 50mg and told me to take it the next morning. All was going fine until week 5 when i woke with bad palpitations. I then went ice cold, felt sick and like i needed the toilet urgently. I got up, had what felt like a massive panic attack. I got to the door and passed out smashing my face on floor. Went back to Nurse and said no way I was carrying on with them. She then told me to wean myself off for 2 weeks and go back to prozac. Today i took my 10mg of prozac and have felt awful all day, like i could pass out again. Was always fine on it before, not one side effect in 14 years! Can you please tell me whats likely to be going on here? Im not taking any tomorrow, it’s totally messed up now, I wish she had just left me alone in the first place

I am having trouble with nausea and light hotheadedness. It’s not vertigo. I have been to a cardiologist and an ENT in the past week and a half. I was told I had an inner ear infection and was given ABT and flonase at urgent care. I have felt this way for over 2 weeks and nothing has helped. My forehead is slightly “puffy” above my right eye and the right side of my face is puffy. In the past month I had a tooth removed, went into Afib and had to go to the hospital, plus the inner ear fluid and infection. I need someone to tell me why this is not getting better. I have no sinus pain, and have used the neti pot, flonase, sinutab and vaporizer. I can’t eat bc of the nausea and lightheadedness. I am not dehydrated, my blood sugar is normal, my blood pressure is normal, I drink 64 oz of fluids a day, help!
